John Bullard was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where his entrepreneurial spirit took root early. At the age of 25, John launched his first business alongside his father—an experience that ignited a lifelong passion for leadership and building things from the ground up.

He went on to work with FTS, a major contractor for Charter Communications, where he supervised more than 150 team members across multiple projects. Known for his strong work ethic and natural ability to lead, John earned a reputation for delivering results while maintaining a strong, people-first culture.

Today, John brings that same dedication and charm to the Kroh Exploration team. He plays a key role in administrative operations, investor communications, and vendor relations, helping ensure the Kroh engine runs smoothly day in and day out.

Outside the office, John is a devoted father to four amazing children. He spends his free time fishing, camping with his boys, and hanging out with his loyal German Shepherd, Charlie.
